Examination and Promotion

There will be FA’s and SA’s Pre-Board Examination and Annual Examination and Annual Examination.
Promotion to the next class will be granted on the basis of one year’s performance and not merely on marks scored in the final examination. The average of marks obtained in the terminal, Half yearly Annual exams will be taken into consideration and be students who scores an average of 33% marks in all the subjects will be given promotion.
Any student who fails for two consecutive years in the same class shall not be permitted to continue her studies in institute.
Absence on certified medical groups or failure in any subject will debar a student for being considered in the order of merit in the examination.
Any student found indulging in malpractice during the examination is liable to be barred from further examinations and if he further indulges in any malpractice, the whole examination of the candidate will be.
The result declared at the end of the year is final and cannot be reconsidered in all matters of promotion or failure, the principal’s decision will be final. Answer sheet shall not be shown.
Parents/Guardians should examine the progress reports of their wards and return it duly signed to the respective class teacher within three days. No remarks on the progress report should be written.
The students who lose or damage the progress reports shall a fine of Rs.200/-
Signature of Parent’s/Guardian’s in the progress report should tally the specimen signature in the diary.
